General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of TS Luci Doll (Studio Berlin)

1. Subject matter of the contract

1.1. TS Luci Doll ("Your Doll next door") offers its customers ("guests") services in the areas of BDSM, fetish, bizarre domination, coaching, and related areas ("sessions").

1.2. The services offered are intended exclusively for the private entertainment and personal experience of guests. Any further use, in particular for commercial purposes, requires a separate written agreement.

2. Scope of application

2.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by TS Luci Doll, regardless of the location of the session (studio, hotel, private premises, or other locations).

2.2. By making an appointment or participating in a session, guests fully accept these terms and conditions.

2.3. The General Terms and Conditions are permanently available on the TS Luci Doll website.

3. Appointment scheduling and payment

3.1. Appointments are binding as soon as they have been firmly agreed between the guest and TS Luci Doll.

3.2. A deposit is payable when the appointment is made. This will be deducted from the total price.

3.3. The agreed fee must be paid in full before the start of the session.

3.4. Payments can be made using the methods offered by TS Luci Doll (e.g., cash on site or advance bank transfer).

4. Cancellation by guests

4.1. Postponements of the agreed appointment are possible up to 48 hours before the appointment at the latest. Cancellation is not possible after joint session planning.

4.2. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited as compensation for expenses incurred.

4.3. In the event of cancellations within 12 hours prior to the appointment or in the event of a no-show, the full fee shall be payable.

5. Conducting a session and rules of conduct

5.1. Guests undertake to follow the instructions of TS Luci Doll during a session without exception.

5.2. Guests must arrive in a clean and well-groomed condition.

5.3. TS Luci Doll reserves the right to terminate the session at any time without refunding the fee if:

• guests violate safety or hygiene rules.
• the guest's behavior affects the well-being or health of TS Luci Doll or third parties.
• there are signs of alcohol or drug abuse.

6. Liability and physical effects

6.1. Guests acknowledge that BDSM and fetish activities may involve particular risks. By participating, they expressly consent to the planned activities.

6.2. Physical effects such as redness, pressure marks, or temporary marks are part of the consensual session and are accepted by the guest.

6.3. Consent may be revoked at any time (e.g., by using a safe word), whereupon the session will be terminated immediately. In this case, there is no entitlement to a refund.

6.4. Guests confirm that they are physically and mentally healthy. Any relevant restrictions (e.g., cardiovascular problems, allergies, infectious diseases) must be disclosed in advance.

6.5. TS Luci Doll shall be liable for damages resulting from injury to life, limb, or health in accordance with the statutory provisions, provided that these are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty. For other damages, it shall only be liable in cases of gross negligence or intent.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

7.1. TS Luci Doll treats all information about her guests as strictly confidential.

7.2. Guests are prohibited from making image, audio, or video recordings without express permission or from publishing details of the session using real names or protected information.

7.3. Voluntarily submitted testimonials may be used by TS Luci Doll in anonymized form for advertising purposes.

8. Involvement of other persons

8.1. If further persons (e.g., co-dominas or slaves) are included in the session by mutual agreement, these GTC shall apply accordingly to the relationship between the guest and these persons.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.

9.2. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected (severability clause).
